1. Age limit
You must be at least 18-21 years of age (in some states 19) to order tobacco products from Cigsless.com.
By accepting these terms and conditions you are indicating you are of legal age to purchase cigarettes.
To misrepresent your age is a felony charge. Those found falsifying their age will be prosecuted by the law.
Surgeon General's Warning The Surgeon General has advised that smoking is hazardous to your health:
- Smoking causes lung cancer, heart disease, emphysema, and may complicate pregnancy.
- Smoking by pregnant women may result in fetal injury, premature birth and low birth weight.
- Cigarette smoke contains carbon monoxide. Quitting smoking now greatly reduces serious risks to your health.
Terms of use Cigarettes sold at Cigsless.com are for personal use only and not for resale.
2.Products
The cigarettes you buy are made in Europe, and are to European specification unless otherwise stated.
Cigsless.com accepts no liability for the non-availability of any products. In the event that the Customer's chosen product is not available,
a refund or credit note will be offered to the Customer.
3. Goods delivery
Goods are delivered by Registerd Air Mail and need to be signed for upon arrival. If your goods are not received in time,
please email us quoting your order number. If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name,
the delivery address and the approximate date of your order. We will attempt to track the order.
4. Delivery time
The average delivery time is 1 - 3 weeks (15 days usually). In some rare occurrences your packages may be delayed in the
process of shipping, please let us know so we can attempt to track your packages. Delivery time may vary depending on the city you live in.
If you do not get the parcel in 3 weeks period after you made your purchase, you should obligatory call or e-mail us. We immediately start our own investigation, and if in 10 days period after that you still don't get the parcel, you may choose:
1. We send you the parcel once again to the amount of order you have made, as if you ordered it once again but you pay no money.
2. We give you your money back.
5. Shipping info
Once your payment is received, we reserve the right to take up to 5 business days to process and pack your order before shipping it. The cartons are shipped in parcels (one parcel not more than 3 cartons). In the event that your order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels are shipped at a rate of one a day. Since these parcels are shipped on different days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. The time between the first and the last parcel delivery is in average 5 to 10 days. We can't send you a single parcel containing more cartons, because it would be subject to duty since the width and value would not fall within the prescribed international parameters.
6. Orders
After an order is placed at Cigsless.com, the Costumer is automatically notified by E-mail when we approve and ship his/her order. Please, notice that we do not ship orders within 24 hours to give the Costumer a possibility to change or update his/her address and/or the order items. In such cases, those Costumers must immediately send us an e-mail with your changes. The order number must be enclosed when writing about changes in the order.
There is no limit when purchasing at Cigsless.com. The order quantity is left to the discretion of customers who must be aware of the laws in force in their country and the sanctions they may incur. For first-time customers a large quantity order is not accepted. The maximum quantity for a first-time order is 12 cartons.
To prevent fraudulent purchases we DON'T ACCEPT ORDERS LARGER THAN 12 CARTONS FROM FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS. First time customers who want to order a quantity of cigarettes larger than 12 cartons should send us the following documents:
- a photocopy of the physical credit card front & back (only the first four and the last four digits of the credit card number to be seen)
- a written statement and signature from the cardholder declaring the order is legitimate

7. Return policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with anything you order from us. Inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the products, or the products are faulty or incorrect, let us know via our support e-mail and we will give you return instructions. Then, return the unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt and we will exchange the merchandise or refund your credit card. The Customer will be responsible for arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred will be on Customer's account without subsequent reimbursement. Cigsless.com is not responsible for the errors made by Customers while placing an order, i.e. wrong brand, types in or faulty shipping address. Cigsless.com cannot be held responsible for variations in the quality of the products caused by or owing to the acts and or omissions of the manufacturer or manufacturing process.
8. Refunds
In the unlikely event that a faulty or incorrect order is received by the Customer, the Company will replace it immediately following our subsequent receipt of those goods. If this is not possible we will make a full refund of the purchase price. Such Goods must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt. The Customer will be responsible for arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred will be on Customer's account without subsequent reimbursement . Should your goods be seized by Customs and Excise, we are unable to refund any money until the appeals procedures have been undertaken and confirmation of the outcome has been received within seven days of its conclusion in writing to the Company. In the unlikely event that goods are not subsequently returned to you by the Customs and Excise, and having complied with the Company's Terms and Conditions, we will replace your order FREE OF CHARGE.
9. Online Transactions Security
Secure On-Line Credit Card Transactions using our on-line shopping basket. When you have completed selecting your purchases proceed to the checkout where you will be prompted for your personal details. When the order is processed it will be encrypted and passed directly to the banking system for your security and peace of mind. As a company, we have no access to, nor do we hold any of your credit card details.
10. International Duty Laws
It is your responsibility to determine whether Internet purchases of cigarettes in your area are prohibited under local laws. In the event that you are charged duty upon receiving your parcel you have a choice to pay the duty or refuse the package, in which case the package will be returned to us and you will receive a refund for the order.
11. Privacy polices
By accepting these terms and conditions of sale you are also stating that you have read the Cigsless.com policies section and agree to those policies as set forth.
12. Cookies
We do not use cookies in the operation of our site at the moment.
13. User Agreement:
1. You agree and understand that the cigarettes that you are ordering are for your personal use and consumption and not for resale.
2. You understand that our cigarettes are not Made in the U.S.A. but in Europe. The country of origin is clearly indicated in the package that you will receive.
3. The cigarette boxes are not indicating the proper Surgeon General Warnings. You understand that the correct Surgeon General Warnings is:

4. You agree to contact us first should any problems arise with your order without disputing the order with your credit card/bank issuer.
5. By ordering at our Internet Shop Web Site you declare that you read, agreed and accepted the terms and conditions on this document.
6.The maximal sum of order can not exceed 450$.
14. Non-disclosure
The information provided to us as a result of your online purchase, such as your name, E-mail address, phone number(s) and point of delivery or
forwarding address are only used for shipping. The personal data of customers (mailing address, e-mail address, etc.) is not rent or sold to
others. It is kept till our costumer has received the order. Cigsless.com doesn`t have a database containing the costumer`s credit card details,
and also doesn`t store information on files with who bought cigarettes online.
15. Products and services
All products and services, displayed in the Internet-shop www.cigsless.com, are accepted for payment via VISA by
"TELETRANSINFO" SRL, [legal] address: 40 S.Lazo str., MD-2004, Chisinau, Moldova,
through a protected URL https://secure.e-centru.com. For security purposes, the card numbers are not kept by the company.
